About Us
Mulch It Inc. is a family owned business headed up by Russ Willett. 
Russ has lived most of his life in Huntsville, AL as far back as his days at Grissom High School taking time away to serve in the United States Navy. Russ is also an avid scuba diver, artist, and is known for his sense of humor, so come on by and share some stories.
His brother Jim said, "goodbye " to Toyota and joined the family business full-time as the primary install specialist, providing excellent service with a sense of humor, not to mention respect for each and every customer he meets. 
Jim's work ethic runs deep with his Marine Corp roots. If there is ever a slow moment, you'll probably see Jim shining up the truck or squaring away the shop. If you ever see mulch being installed at night under a flood light, it is probably going to be Jim.
Family has always been important to the Willetts. Their sister Ginger works with SAIC and their younger brother Tracy heads up a computer network group at Redstone Arsenal. Although his parents reside in Guntersville, you can frequently find them hanging out at the shop amusing the customers.
Russ finds his creative inspiration from his wife Enzie, a talented teacher and local actress, with a little girl that is funny enough to have her own television show. That's right, Russ and Enzie are married. They held a surprise wedding at the one year anniversary of Mulch It Inc. in front of 80 customers, friends, and family members with Jim as the Best Man. That officially makes Enzie the Mulch Queen of South Huntsville. Together, they support the local theatre arts participating in and on local productions.
After a successful twelve year career as a computer programmer, Russ decided it was time to pursue an age old desire to start a business that is good for the city, one that offers quality and value, and gives back to the community...
